Indian Skincare Routine (AM ) For Men and Women

This is the Blog is all about Indian Skincare Routine (AM). I will be covering AM skincare routine and I will be recommending some of my favourite products for every step. This skincare routine is unisex and will suit both men and women because I believe that skincare should be gender neutral and men need skincare too.
**Let me first clarify that I am just a skin care enthusiast and not a certified dermatologist so if you are suffering from severe skin problems then I request you to see your dermatologist. I would like to clarify that this is not a sponsored article I am recommending the products which I have used and liked.**
Before starting the review let me give a brief about my skin- I am a oily-combination skin type and my skin is extremely acne prone and sensitive. I tend to get acne literally anything I put on my skin. So if your problems and skin are similar to mine then this post can be helpful to you.

Morning (AM) Skincare Routine :
In the morning basic steps are necessary so in the morning the best routine would be " CTMP " i.e. Clean Tone Moisture and Protect.
Step 1: Clean
The first step of your skincare routine should be cleaning your skin first. Clean the face helps in removing all the excess oil which has been accumulated over the night. So in the morning you will need only one gentle cleanser. Keep in mind that if a cleanser gives you squeaky cleaning feel then it is not the right cleanser. A cleanser must cleanse your skin but it should not dry out your skin.

Step 2 : Toning (Optional)
This step is optional. A toner helps in hydrating the skin and some toners can help in reducing the visibility of pores.

Step 3 : Moisturising
Whether you have oily, dry or combination skin type, you should never skip moisturiser. A moisturiser helps to moisture and hydrate your skin and it also helps to maintain a healthy skin barrier.

Step 4 : Protecting (Sunscreen)
I can't stress it more that everyone need a sunscreen to protect yourself from damaging effects of sun. You need sunscreen even if you are indoors. And don't forget to reapply your sunscreen after every 3-4 hours or before going out.
